Development of multi-grain tool


A new multi-grain tool is now under development. Its grain has supposed to have accurate edge shape and extruded height of each grain should precisely controlled. The new tool is aiming at precision machining of hard and high heat-conductivity materials such as SiC under the project of X-ray mirror.
