　   Truing/Dressing Technology for Surface Honing　　
The surface honing is a finishing technology in a manner of copying grinding accuracy to workpieces. This has more advantage of working environment than lapping process because of using fixed grains. However, a diamond-honing disc is difficult to true even if a heavy conditioning ring is applied. The new conditioning method is developed by combining electrolytic dressing technique with conditioning diamond ring. This method has enabled truing and dressing of diamond surface honing wheel with fine grains accurately.
