　 Mirror Finish Technique   　

Better surface roughness is required for the surfaces of dies and molds and also for the inner surfaces of stainless steel pipes of very small diameter.We develop mirror finish technique to be applied to these surfaces.

  Super Smoothing Technique
  　　Damage free surfaces are required with surface roughness less than 10nmRy and flatness of 1μm or less.We research on polishing technique to meet the above requirement. We apply electro-alrasive process especially to metal surfaces.
