Dear Sir,
On Dec 05 and Dec 19, 1999, SPAM mails that apparently named our domain sent
to public. The fact is that our institute, Mechanical Engineering Laboratory
of MITI, Japan, a governmental nonprofit research institute, has never and
ever involved in such commercial activities.
The path in the header doesn't include our smtp or equivalent mail services
nor possible upstream paths. We have blocked any smtp or equivalent mail
send requests from outside of our institutes (aist.go.jp). Of course, such
user accounts never exist in our members. THE MAILS DELIBERATELY NAMED OUR
DOMAIN AND OUR SITES HAVE NOTHING RELATED TO THESE.
Unfortunately, the header has few clue to track the real sender. The user
address has never been, will never be used therefore you can safely reject
mails from that specific sender.
Regards,
Postmaster,
MEL/MITI
